Franzi Cropped

Franzi Huebl

““To laugh, love, dance, eat, explore, dream!””
Sales & Administration
“What inspires me the most in life is connecting with people; and creating a positive and fun environment. To laugh, love, dance, eat, explore, dream – these are the reasons I travel, and what I work to keep in life. If I can leave people or places a little better than I found them, its perfect!”

Franzi is a European who has been caught by the spell of NZ, which enchants so many. She keeps things ticking, and tidies up the details behind our instructors and guides. Speaking a tiny bit of Spanish, a little French, a lot of Dutch, and being fluent in English and German as well as understanding where our European participants have come from really helps a lot!
cam walker

Cameron Walker

“"What we do & how we do it - Must inspire"”
Operations & Chief Guide
Cam is all things outdoors. Although he's originally from the North Island we let this slide for him. Mostly because he is a through and through outdoor adventurer, and full blown lover of New Zealand, with all it's historic, cultural, natural and outdoor pursuits to offer.

A true professional - he has significant experience in education outside the classroom, having been a Chief Instructor managing a wilderness based semester school. He has more qualifications than you can poke a stick at, however he is a down to earth provincial Kiwi, always a hit with our groups.

A passion for the outdoors and showing it to others sees Blake on the water, in the bush, above the snowline and climbingwith clients, whenever he is not on the farm pursuing his self sustainable lifestyle at home.
His favourite day out would be in the mountains on a sunny day, although he also enjoys floating down a river in his kayak and sampling good coffee.

Guide / Instructor
Mike hasn't stopped travelling and adventuring since he left Canada almost a decade ago! A passionate environmentalist, he craves opportunities to share his interests in travel, exploring, culture and the natural environment. People and places are what fuels his tireless energy for the participants he leads, his friends and family.

A hiking and kayaking enthusiast, he has a natural affinity and empathy for people, making him an absolutely genuine great guy to have around in any situation.

Just be wary of his love for pranks and making everyday situations hilarious.
